After my first physique show, I told myself I wouldn't go overboard with the binge. A week later, I realize it's now or risk having to drop 30lbs before my next show on Oct 11th.

I currently weigh 173 and my macros starting off will be:
100g carbs
215g protein
45g Fat

At roughly 1700 calories. I'm optimistic this will set me up for a good prep for my next show.
