Need some ideas

  1. Need some ideas

    So im in the navy and my schedule for work is about to go from 5 in the morning and sleeping at 9pm. To going to work at 12am till 8am and probably sleeping from 2 pm to 10 pm. My diet is on point and im making great progress, i dont know how to keep up, my day is shifting almost completely around. Any ideas on a schedule of how i can stay on track?


  2. Just turn your schedule completely around.
    I also work with night shifts, if i have them, i just start my diet schedule when i wake up. Just make sure you rest enough and have enough time for your meals.
