Cutting while keeping definition and bulk

I recently started cutting weight to go for the defined v lines and while they have started to appear more visible and my last bit of fat disappearing my upper abs are not popping out nearly as much as they were.. Any advice for me please?

do more crunches to make them pop out further??
seriously though.. try some dexaprine or alphamine. they are designed to really etch out the lower body fat.

Lookin good dude! And yeah check out alphamine, or even just straight yohimbine hcl. There's plenty of info on here about yohimbine and fasted cardio. It helps mobilize fat when you are in an unfed state. Yohimbine and low intensity fasted cardio in the morning is my go to plan to shed those last few pounds.

I've avoided cardio because I've been told it will make you lose muscle mass.. Is this a myth in your opinion? What kind of results have you seen?? Thanks

Cardio is a very controversial topic when it comes to keeping your muscle and strength. If you are eating at a calorie deficit and you're trying to lose fat, it is inevitable that you will lose some muscle. Its impossible to keep 100% of your lean mass while cutting, but with proper nutrition and training you can maximize muscle retention.

In my personal experience, cardio will not cause extensive muscle loss if done properly. If you decide to do fasted cardio make sure you keep the intensity low. When my fat loss stalls I add in 3 days of fasted low intensity cardio in the morning (walking on an incline at 3.5-4.0)

Doing sprints first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will tap into muscle more than something lower intensity, but sprints and HIIT does have its place and can be very helpful for fat loss as long as you are performing them in a fed state. If you're smart about the timing of cardio and doing the proper types of cardio at the right times it will be very beneficial to your fat loss.

If you have hit a plateau while your diet is on the up and up, your next step(s) could be one or two of the following. Though with my clients I only add in one thing at a time as fat loss is a learning process and something that if done correctly should last a life time.
    1. Reduce Calories 100-200 calories.
    2. HIIT training 15 min after workouts. 2-3 times a week.
    3. Supplement with a thermo such as Dexaprine or Alphamine.
I have kind of a longer process that my clients go through, but this is the gist of it.
