My goal is to gain mass and muscle and loss fat - I am 234 lbs 15-18% BF
My regular day looks like this
Wake up @ 1030
1 scoop of oatmeal with Hdrol
1 protein shake + Ai cycle support
1200 - animal pak (multi vitamin)
1500 1/3 cup coffee
CHEST / abs / cardio for 1.5 hours
1715 5 oz chicken, 7 oz baked potatoes, 8 oz beans
1730 50gs Whey Protein + Hdrol + Creatine + Fish oil
1845 1/2 cup of coffee
1930 Back / forearms
2100 4 oz chicken, 7 oz baked potaoes, 5 oz beans
2120 milk thisle, liver clear, CLA
2200-0100 Sipping on 50gs whey + AI cycle support
I will be awake till 0800
My Main Questions Are
How often should I eat
My main meals (chicken, potatoes, beans) is this a good serving size? 4 oz chicken, 7 oz baked potaoes, 5 oz beans
Any general advice / critique would be appreciated
