    Orange triad and it hasn't failed me yet. I'm s teacher and it honestly helps me fight off a lot of sickness these kids spread lol. Joint complex is great as well. Gone through 10+ containers. 3 pills 2x a day.

    The only vitamin apart from Adam Multi I take is D3.
    However, the dosage depends if I got sunlight exposure during the day. Some days I don't take it.

    I've been off most of my supplements lately, just the basics like Fish oil, glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM, and a multivitamin.

    I'm saving up some money to experiment with some racetam/choline combinations, forskolin/PDE4 inhibitors, adrafinil, and resveratrol. Getting tired of the minor effects of alpha brain and other similar nootropics. Time to take stronger drugs.
