    Ruptured Achilles Tendon


    Hey fellas,

    Looking for some advice, I ruptured my tendon a week ago and had surgery to repair it. I'm in fear of losing my precious gains bc I can't get back in the gym for 4 weeks. (To train everything but legs) Any suggestions on my diet? Should I stay will the same cals that I usually would or lower since I won't be as active? Any tips or advice is appreciated.

    Keep protein on the higher side and do what you can to stay active.

    Id up calories a little to maintenance cause you not working out you dont want to be in a catabolic state by being in a caloric deficit.
