    A Good Protein Bar to buy in bulk....


    I'm looking for a solid protein bar that i can buy in bulk. Preferably with low carbs and sugar with a high amount of protein. Thanks for the input!

    I like quest bars. They are pretty good tasting and overall macro's are decent considering it is a bar. They average about 200 calories with 20 grams protein, 15 grams fiber and 20 carbs.

    Make your own..

    Grinded up Oats, Whey, almond/peanut butter
    you could add grinded up almonds or peanuts as well and a touch of honey to aid binding together.
    use very little water and pound it out on alumnium foil and store in fridge

    simple.

    Another vote for Quest. White Chocolate Raspberry and Double Chocolate Chunk are my favorite flavors.

    Shet beat me to it. Another vote for Quest here with mentioned flavors being my favorite. Before these new ones came out, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Strawberry Cheesecake were my fave. Apple pie and banana muffin are also good! Ha just about any flavor! Try nuking them for 10-15 seconds

    Might be a little higher in carbs than you like but I really like the VPX Zero Impact bars since I travel quite a bit. A plus for me is that they are not chocolate coated so i can keep them in my bags without them melting as well.

    Any of u tryed the snicker marathon bars? The brownie looking ones are good(the other one sucks). But they have soy protien? $7 for 6 not bad at all and u can get them at walmart. But dont buy the

    It's nothing more than a candy bar. Stick to quest bars or vpx zero impact.
    90% of protein bars are garbage.

    A little bit of Soy isn't going to kill you. Just as long as it's not your only source of protein.

    This is what I do + the honey to bind it together. Then I put it in the freezer to break apart later.
