Recently have been reading a lot about bio/body hacking. Stuff that includes vitamin d levels, intermittent fasting, gadgets/tools to increase performance.

I wanted to get everyone's opinion on here. What do you guys think? Also if you know of any cool biohacking tips, tricks, tools, please post.

Was hoping for some weird brain/sleep/body hack that would make me a genius, while sleeping for 4 hours a night, looking like g plitt

Cutting, in a natty bodybuilding setting, is essentially a biohack since you have to maintain your protein/carb levels at a level that essentially tricks your body into holding on to muscle.
