Seems like the only difference is the fenugreek in Creacore and that Con-Cret is micrnonized.
Will a micronized creatine supersede a non in its benefits/absorption?????
I was able to get a great deal on both so I picked up some of each.
Differences beyond the initial saturation phase will be negligible. One may prove to saturate faster than the other but past that point you might as well be saving your money and use mono. 3-5 g a day
Not saying that either of those products are bad, but good old fashioned plain mono is all that is needed.
