    Whole wheat pasta

Just curious whats everyone's take on eating whole wheat pasta to hit your carb macros? I love brown rice but love pasta as well.

    Thanks

    Exactly
Pasta and rice are both pretty void of micronutrients. but anyways a little bit of variety does not hurt. Eat it.

    Paleo Diet?
Nah, not hardcore paleo, maybe loosely though lol. Just non-processed. And I got turned off Wheat because of ZiRs blog post about it; opened up my eyes a bit more.
