    sodium, sodium, sodium....

Can I eat all the sodium I want as long as my BP is always in check?

I mean I know it increases water retention to some degree, but I'm talking in terms of health and muscle gains.

I just bought some chicken sausage, and 2 links has 26g of protein but over 1400mg sodium.
