Am i supposed to drink protein shakes then go to the gym? Or am i supposed to do it after im back from the gym? Ive tried both ways and i dont know which is the best way to recieveve all of the protien efficiently what do you guys do?

great example of majoring in the minors here. it is far more important that you have a great workout, used with great effort, while eating great food and sleeping great. then adding some protein shakes may make a difference.
