    What is the correct way to use protien shakes?


    Am i supposed to drink protein shakes then go to the gym? Or am i supposed to do it after im back from the gym? Ive tried both ways and i dont know which is the best way to recieveve all of the protien efficiently what do you guys do?

    I am always following my lifting with a healthychaser of the whey/casein protien

    great example of majoring in the minors here. it is far more important that you have a great workout, used with great effort, while eating great food and sleeping great. then adding some protein shakes may make a difference.
