Got some coconut oil today for 46 oz. for 13 dollars at an organic store here. Took the good deal. BOGO.
But my question is, what's the benefits to it besides it tasting good and "healthy fats"??? I took the tip from a strongman buddy I train with and he said its great for when your trying to get some size and stay pretty lean.
So what's the whole deal on this stuff anyway?! Does anyone know any easy recipes to cook it in?
