Yes I love the ezikiel bread and Enhanced you could take pre-workout for a good Pump too. The cinnamon and raison ezikiel bread I love too.

I'm a big fan of carbs before a workout, but if I were you I would try and have a little more protein with your Pre workout meal.
If you insist on Ezikiel break Pre workout, then I would try a turkey sandwich Or something like that. Pack ahead.
I personally don't like to eat too much fat before a workout because I feel it slows me down and causes the food in my stomach to take a lot longer to digest.
That's just me. I'm sure others will tell you differently
