    nutrition during injury layoff

i recently had a minor tear in my deltoid i have to take 4-6 weeks off. i will be doing leg work 2x a week after 2 weeks but was wondering what changes i should make in my nutrition to minimise muscle loss while also not gaining fat. i will also be doing cardio and core work along with legs 2x a week

If you're still working out hard hitting the gym squatting and doing your cardio then keep your diet the same
