  1. nutrition during injury layoff

    i recently had a minor tear in my deltoid i have to take 4-6 weeks off. i will be doing leg work 2x a week after 2 weeks but was wondering what changes i should make in my nutrition to minimise muscle loss while also not gaining fat. i will also be doing cardio and core work along with legs 2x a week

  2. If you're still working out hard hitting the gym squatting and doing your cardio then keep your diet the same

  3. appreciate the quick reply. ive heard of bcaa's preserving muscle during layoffs also anybody else heard of this
