I know Saturated Fats re not bad. I have some each day. I just picked up some coconut oil and would like to use it a little more than I have been in the past two weeks. When I could my macros, I have a breakdown of each fat, sat/poly/mono. Should my saturated fat intake be below a certain percentage of my total overall fat intake? I know this is pretty elementary, but it has been something I've been wondering.

As Josh said. Saturated fats are not the enemy. Get them from organic sources and just eat them as Mich as your kcal intake allows.

Grass fed butter is also very good.

When combining saturated fats and refined carbs or gluten containing carbs, that's when problems begin to happen.
