What's your opinion on Isopure tastewise? I've heard comments on both sides of the fence.

The problem with isolates is they tend to taste a bit chalky. I've tried isopure vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. I've had the fruit flavors in the premixed bottles. IMO, the fruit varieties are less chalky if you're into the flavors.

My favorite isolate is ISO Sensation 93. The taste is outstanding, zero chalky taste. And with some shopping around, I've seen 5lb prices from $119 all the way down to $52(for the exact same thing!)

    Not really.

To me calories matter much more than protein content.

Of coures protein is essential, but attaining goals and/or manipulating your body composition is more a calories game than anything else.

  9. I pay more attention to all three carbs fats and protein all play a very important role as long as them three add up to my daily needs my calorie count is close enough so I try not to worry about calories to much
