Buying a Vitamix
My diet is severely lacking fruits and vegatables so I've decided my best way to get these nutrients without forcing something I don't like to eat in my system is to make smoothies with a Vitamix. I have VPX SRO Zero Carb Vanilla protein ready to mix in. I workout 4-5 days a week lifting weights trying to gain lean muscle and while I have been seeing decent results for the past year and a half, I know I am facing a more uphill climb for myself by not dialing in my diet more with fruits and veggies.
Anyways, any fruit and/or veggie shakes you guys would recommend for lean muscle building?

i just got one, you're gonna love it. i don't really have any recipes yet as i've just been throwing whatever in it, but there are plenty of recipes in this book that comes with it and plenty more if you look around juicing/blending websites.

I don't think a specific type of fruit & veggies will specifically help with building lean muscle. Just go for overall nutrient dense fruits/veggies.

The Vitamix is awesome. May I recommend Greek yogurt with peanut butter, bananas and honey for a post work out shake and for just good nutrients berries carrots and kale is a good juice blend
