How good do you prep?

    We all know bodybuilding is about staying consistent.. For me at least, its 20x easier to stay consistent with diet when everything is prepped ahead of time.. One day out of the week i cook all my food for the week excluding breakfast. I keep it simple meat carbs and greens and add some fats here and there..Here my meals for the next 5 days. Lets see how well everyone else is set up for success

    When I competed I cooked big batches of stuff and then sorted it out each day before I went to work. Not enough tupperware......

    Besides needing a lot of Tupperware you would also need a lot of fridge space but its super convenient. Once mastered it takes like 2 hours to have food for a week. And no excuses for cheating!!

    i dont have the kitchen size to create food for a week. i usually do 3days of food 2x week and dont make breakfast either cuz thats a weird one to store sometimes
