    bomb postworkout meal


    For all you skinny guys eat this a few times a week,I guarantee you will put on some weight...

    6 oz lean beef
    2 oz turkey sausage
    1/2 c green bell pepper
    1/2 c mushrooms
    Some mozzarella cheese for flavor
    Boom!!!!
