It seems like coffee's health standpoint is ever changing in science literature as to whether it is good or bad for you. One minute it's the devil and the next it cures cancer.
I have been an avid coffee drinker for the past three years usually having two large cups a day, one right when I wake up and one prior to going to the gym.
As of lately I have been having a lot of stomach distress after I drink coffee, I understand it acts as a diuretic and is common amongst most to frequent the bathroom after drinking a cup of joe. With my case it causes extreme stomach bloat along with my stomach feeling like I swallowed lead. Without going into great detail my bowel movements as well are not pretty after I drink coffee.
Any ideas as to why my body would suddenly react differently to the coffee? Perhaps the brand or the amount I drink? I'd love to hear everyone's over all view on coffee? Do many of you drink pre workouts instead of coffee?
