Long story short I fractured my right humerus 9 months ago had surgery put a plate and about 13 screws in . Went through physical therapy got back full ROM. Only thing is they had to cut my tricep in half.


My question to you all is can I go on a cutting diet. From what I was told about 4 months ago I was just to eat and that would repair my bone. So if I cut now do you think it will have negative affects and possible re break it ?

The reason being is because I want to get on a 12 week program with a online coach .


I have till today to decide.

Any info will be greatly appreciated
