    making / packing food

I've never made my food for a whole week. If I were to do chicken and brocolli and freeze it, how do many oz's of chicken and brocolli should be in each bag? How do I thaw the food for the next day?

    No need to freeze.

I grill about 5lbs of chicken thighs, brown 5lbs of ground beef, hard boil a dozen eggs, boil a couple cups of rice and bake a bunch of red potatoes and sweet potatoes every Sunday afternoon. Keep it in the fridge and it should last the entire week.

Yeah no need to freeze. During college as a full time student and personal training i was making my food a week in advance as well, put chicken in container, ground turkey in another and sweet potatoes in another.
