Honestly as long as your starting from a reasonable number it shouldn't take much more than 8 weeks. I just recently went from 13.4 to 7.8 % bf in 8 weeks. Just had a bod pod done a couple days ago. Going on vacation.I didn't really kill myself or anything and it went pretty well. Lost 15lbs of straight fat but did lose 2lbs of muscle. Upping cals and slowing down a bit this last week to finish right around 7% but not lose anymore muscle.
I live in California and I usually start by April. I'm holding a steady 9% right now (bod pod confirmed), so I Stretch my cut over three months to slowly bring it down and minimize muscle loss.
I cut anytime I hit 15, take 6 weeks and drop down to 10-11. I love in California, so the beach Days are sporadic. Hail today beach tmrw.

last summer i did a green juice fast for 2 weeks along with 3 50 gram protien shakes a day (along with the juice), I lost 12 lbs and got all ripped up. That green juice is so packed with nutrients you dont need to eat ton of empty calories, and by keeping my protein level high I didnt lose very much muscle size at all....I think my arms dropped a quarter of inch. 17 to 16 3/4. I went from 198 to 186 and was hard as hell.....so, I did it in 2 weeks, not two months.felt great too and had a ton of energy.
