Can significantly high levels of estrogen reduce muscle mass?

I had an adrenal tumour for atleast last 3 weeks which caused my body to release very high amounts of estrogen(7 times above upper limit of normal). I noticed my muscle mass has diminished, developed gyno. MY testicles have shrunk and also I am having very hard time getting erections. Will my muscle mass comeback when my tumour is removed? and will this extremely high estrogen levels have a permanently cause a penile reduction?
