    like cottage cheese but its getting boring and bla, i like it before bed. what can i do to spice it up

    Cayenne pepper, black pepper, turmeric, garlic.


    Raisins, blueberries, apples and cinnamon.


    Avocado, cumin, garlic, paprika, cilantro, turmeric, little bit of chili powder, black pepper... serve this one warm.


    Steel cut oats, peanut butter, brown sugar.


    Obviously check your needs before using some these.

    1 tbsp Sugar free pistachio pudding mix and 1 tbsp whipped cream mixed with a cup of cottage cheese.

    Peanut butter mixed with protein powder. Mix in some Greek yogurt also. Bam a delicious awesome treat.

    I done this but instead of Splenda I used stevia sugar pretty good

    Honey, walnuts, and sprinkle a little kosher salt ontop.

    Put it in a food processor, and blend with your favorite sweetening product, and a little fruit and it has a nice pudding/ custard texture.

    Sugar free preserves isnt bad but the Walden Farms syrup is banggin!
