Reverse Osmosis Water vs. Alkaline Water?
What do you guys think? Been looking online for awhile trying to figure out which one is healthier/more beneficial. What are the pros and cons of each? Which one do you guys prefer!?

Ya. I mainly drink filtered water but I don't think it really matters. I'm sure some have more benefits but it becomes a benefit:cost ratio that probably doesn't pan out in the end.

I'm only asking because ive read that alkaline water hydrates you the best while reverse osmosis water is purer due to the filter

Does distilled water really take minerals away from your body

It doesn't contain any minerals normally found in water and if salt intake is restricted, can lead to a dilution of salt. Not something you want.
Tap might be 'better' for you in some cases, water in my city is fluoridated; important for teeth health.

I'm pretty sure fluoride is a neurotoxin. Many people suggest against it
