Hey dudes got a cycle coming up trying to throw on lean muscle. Keep the simple carbs fat and sodium at a minimum. Anyways critique my meal plan.
Breakfast 4 egg omelet- don't know what ill put in it

12:00 brown rice chicken breast and vegetables
1:30 protein shake
3:00 Brown rice and chicken Breast vegetables
4:30 protein shake
6:00 brown rice chicken breast vegetables
7:30 protein shake
11:00 roughly... Casein shake
i will be doing this everyday
I would throw in some steak or ground turkey just to keep it random and to avoid being sick of chicken. Unless chicken is the only thing you can afford.
