    Fritters are the greatest type of doughnut ever, and that ones a beauty you have sitting there. One thing you know straight away when you see the words "country style" it's gonna probably be one of the biggest you ever had.

    Slept in and made a killer brunch.

    6 eggs (3 whites, 3 whole) w/ peppers from the garden
    Lemon grass grilled beef w/ nuc mum sauce and pickled dicon radish and carrot on top ( own traditional Vietnamese recipe modified by me)
    Kim chi
    Greek yogurt w/ half tsp organic raw honey
    Kale shake w/ juiced apple,carrot, celery, orange blended with fresh kale.

    Approx. 80grams protein , very low carb, and fuking delicious !

    I may hit up Steve's this week (Found in whole foods) Steve's is high quality stuff, not very many mix-ins (which i absolutely love) but the salted caramel gets crazy reviews or hit up a Graeters Pint.. have not had one in a while and their mix-ins are crazy good.

    may rescoop Everything But The, Cinnamon Buns, or a BnJ that is to die for we will see.

    Lost over 15-16 pounds in 12 weeks right now, so cut is going well.

    ^ that's what I'm saying. That food looks better then my sex life, and damn it I've had a lot of hot Eastern European chicks!

    I just wish I wasn't so funking lazy to cook. I've been eating things raw ever since I started living on my own. Damn it I now appreciate every time my mother comes over with food.

    Eating raw produce and sometimes meat just doesn't taste as great as it does when it's cooked so damn prettiful like Solution posts.

    I get the shredded pickled carrot/daikon mix from a viet market that does it all fresh. Only thing I use brown sugar in is the lemongrass marinade in which I use a tablespoon and that marinade usually covers a couple lbs of meat.... Oh I also use a tablespoon of brown sugar in the nuc mum but that makes a quart of dressing that last a long time.

    Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fudge

    Ingredients:

    50g PB Marshmallow Whey
    10g PB2

    100g Greek Yogurt
    100g Non Fat Yogurt
    32g Peanut Butter
    20g Cream Cheese

    Directions:

    Mix everything into a bowl as seen in the video. Add the dry first, then wet and if you need a bit more water to get your sludge like consistency then use it.

    once this is done take a 9x9 pan and spread evenly with a spatula to allow to freeze for 90-120 Minutes.

    Once Frozen take out and cut into small Squares/Triangles to your liking and enjoy!

    Calories:

    Kcals - 530
    Fat - 17g
    Protein - 65g
    Carbs - 30g

    Cellucor PB Marshmallow 1 Minute Cookie

    Ingredients

    Packet of Splenda
    TSP of Baking Powder
    10g PB2
    20g Cellucor PB Marshmallow Whey
    1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
    1 Tbsp Almond Milk

    Directions

    Make Protein Pudding with Yogurt + Whey + Almond Milk + PB2 in a small bowl and slowly add in the splenda and baking powder last

    Put on a small plate with a spoon and spread out to form a small cookie shape

    Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes as the cookie will slowly harden up. Should be a touch moist and delicious for around a 100 calorie snack


    Macros

    For all The Cookie:

    Calories ~ 130
    Protein ~ 20g
    Carbs ~ 9g
    Fat ~ 2 g
