Have you checked Whole Foods? It's from a little dessert shop in Maine, but I can get it at a couple places in MA.

200g Liquid Egg Whites (About 6 Egg Whites)
    2 Whole Eggs
    1 TBSP Psylilum Husk Powder
    1 Scoop Cinnamon Swirl Whey
    1 Tsp Baking Powder

    Directions

Blend the eggwhites + Eggs in a magic bullet for a minute or two until they start to foam up
Add in Whey + Dry Ingredients... (Baking Powder + Pysllium Husk Powder)
    Cooking Spray on a Skillet
Cook on a skillet for a few minutes each side and flip with a spatula
    Serve!!!

    Extra's you can add:
    Splenda into the original Recipe
    Cinnamon into the Original Recipe
SF/FF Pudding Mix (to thicken recipe)
    PB2 for PB Flavoring

    Top with:
    Peanut Butter/Almond Butter/Cookie Butter
    Walden Farm Syrups (Pancake/Chocolate/Caramel)
    Protein Pudding/Sludge (for extra protein)

    Exchange:
Use more egg whites/less whole egg's
Drop the Physillum but I feel it aids in the thickness + it gives good fiber

Thanks for posting this recipe. I usually make mine with banana and oats to bind it together. Would've never thought of using psyllium husk. Tried it this morning with cinnamon roll protein and it was amazing! Perfect low carb option for me now that I've started my precontest training.

Also used your plate flip method. Much better than tossing the pancake in the air and hoping for a smooth landing...

Would you mind if I shared your recipe and YouTube link?

Crock Pot, take a huge pork shoulder and throw in there for 6-8 hours with seasonings and marinade (BBQ Sauce) it will just pull apart on its own.

toss in a bowl and rip the rest with your hands.

Slaw sucks.. had it once and i hated it, had to eat a pound of it for an eating contest, never again.

That was like Afew times that the one time a day thing happened. Like I had to eat all my food cause I wouldn't have a chance to eat later in the day. And no, it's not gonna be pretty at all later on.
