Made some cookies and cream pop tart sandwhiches. Put some cookies and cream slow churn ice cream between them. Total fat is just about 12gr each. Solid treat for refeeds.
Also did vanilla with low-fat strawberry pop tarts (warmed those up a little) and those are only like 6 per sandwhichSerious Nutrition Solutions Representative

Wegmans Banana Peel-n Ice Cream Review |
As I continued to dig down the pint it was surly one of my favorites going through it. The base is top notch, a great banana flavor that is dense and packs an amazing banana afteraste like a true ripe banana out of the grocery store. Throw in a marshmallow ribbon that is not overpowering but just enough to compliment the pint with overall flavoring. The Fudge Ribbons are dense, very thick and almost like graeters chocolate chips at some point due to the richness/thickness in size. As the pint gets lower and lower the thickness of the swirl picks up to the point you are eating chunks of fudge. Not that I mind that, but it just amplifies the more you get towards the bottom. The Peanut Butter cups were killer, They are not as frequent as you would hope (i think i got maybe 8 tops) but they are not halved they are full little peanut butter cups you would get at a grocery store. These were not hard as a rock, but on the softer side and had a great peanut butter filling like a peanut butter truffle would be. Overall hands down one of the best pints I have had in a long time and may even crack my top 10 overall. Everything in this pint just went together very well and complimented each other perfectly. Off to pick up S'mores and see how this goes!

My Ultimate Cheat meals!
Here's roughy what I ate after a competition in 2013, I had been dieting for 12 weeks, did a MP competition, decided I could get leaner and signed up for the next show, which was 3 weeks later, continued to diet and depleted even more. As anyone who competes can probably imagine/knows when you're dieting hard/competing food becomes a psychological thing, my diet at that time was extremely strict (I've changed this a bit now)...once you allow your self to eat you will notice you can eat mass amounts, your body basically has no "off switch" no "i'm full" or "satisfied" switch, it's pretty crazy. The best part is what I ate is half of what I've seen some bodybuilders eat LOL.
Immediately After prejudging:
Reese Homemade rice krispy treat.
Homeade PB&J chocolate cups
ESTIMATED 2,000 cals.
two hours later:
Five guys triple stack bacon cheeseburger
Cinnabun (peacn bun)
White chocolate mocha latte
ESTIMATED 3,300 cals.
Finals went down (I took 3rd place in this show, which was already determined at prejudging, which is why i decided to go nuts before "finals" lol)
Large Pepperonie and sausage pizza
Chicken Parmesan Sandwich
Donut-man cream filled doughnut.
ESTIMATED 3,000 cals.
I was quite proud of myself at the time and even calculated all of it
8,300 calories 300 protein/900 carbs/430 fat.
And keep in mind before prejudging I also carb loaded.
*that was not a healthy way of doing things and I don't recommend it. Of course I felt pretty ehh after eating all that...but didn't throw up and/or feel awful like a lot of people do post show. Now I am more conservative with my post show "cheat meals" haha

The worst part about that is you actually calculated out your cheat meal lol.

Overall this pint is everything you could want if you are a S'mores lover. Pass on the Ben & Jerry's this blows it away by a milestone. The Jeni's Roxbury Road (which would be the closest thing to a S'mores) on there line has great chunks of marshmallow and that divine dark chocolate kind of base, but this Marshmallow base takes this pint to the next level. It is basically eating a jar of fluff, throw in a nice thick graham cracker swirl (not as good as Turkey Hill's Pumpkin Pie), more Marshmallow Swirl (to add to the overpowering base), and nice little chocolate chunks and that is this pint in a wrap. After the Banana Peel-N and Nutter Batter I have to say Wegmans is giving other big name brands a run for their money. This one ranks up there with one of the best I have had like the Banana.
