What is your favorite cheat meal?

  1. I want to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and eat wings till I pass out right now!


  2. My cheat meal tonight was a half pound blackened burger with a half pound fried chicken breast (on the burger too). Then topped with aioli and balsamic onion marmalade oh and a little frisée lettuce to make it healthy. I have a pick but I'm not at the 150 mark yet.

  17. Tonight I had a serving of four cheese lasagna with ground beef, side of cornbread stuffing and 4 potato wedges. Dessert was a red velvet cupcake and some peanut m&m's. I only managed to finish half my plate and spent 20 minutes nibbling on the last potato wedge. I was looking forward to my cheat meal all week but the carbs filled me up quick!
    Squats do a booty good.

    Broccoli
    150g Homemade Pasta Sauce with basil oregano and garlic salt
    32g of Curry Paste (as seen in pic)

  35. Well I lost a big client to a competitor today so tonight sounds like a great night for a cheat meal. Maybe more of a mourning meal.

    Left the office early to pick up some beer, catfish fillets, steak and shrimp.

    I'll be having:

    1/2 pound fried catfish
    1 pound top sirloin topped with:
    1/2 pound Gulf shrimp sauteed in butter and cajun seasoning
    hushpuppies
    sweet potatoe fries
    6+ milk stout beers, actual quantity remains to be seen. It's just so good when it hits the lips.

    I may just toss all of this in the freezer and head to a brazilian steakhouse though.

    back in the saddle tomorrow.

    Okay...how do you make the covering for those pretzels? Chocolate covered pretzels are one of the best things on earth to me. I haven't had them in forever...id appreciate a little recipe from ya Solution.
