    haha I'm a freezer hoarder. Can't have all my treats at once so that's how I hold them forever. Def not nearly as good as fresh but sometimes worth it just to have something that's "out of season"

    Between the wetness of the batter and the time it takes to cook though they always seem to lose their crunch... just end up rubbery or plain soggy?

    possibly using too much wet in your batter. just use enough to soak the product not douse it and then cook. Should come out nice and crispy.
