to be honest I won't call it a cheat meal if it has more than 45g of protein in it. then it's just called "get big food"

Damn right. Call it a post workout meal. Dump 2 scoops of whey into brownie batter and eat it for breakfast and just call it a preworkout meal.

I use gluten free flour from time to time, it works very well.
If you have any questions let me know. i can help you out

If you want to add protein powder as well it will work but may be a little drier, but i can still give you tricks to make it come out good.

You bring the peanut butter marshmallow loaves and I'll make the grilled salmon with wasabi/garlic glaze, risotto with shiitaki mushrooms and scallions sauteed in sake, and pan seared asparagus with a chili pepper cream sauce.
