Post workout has been (and I'm loving it)
1-1.5 cup of 0% Greek yogurt
1 packet splenda
1 scoop 100% whey
Blueberries & Raspberries
1/2 cup natures path flax granola.
Roughly 450 cals / 60 protein / 33-40 carbs / 6 fat
