Mixing Protein Powder with foods (no shakes)

Have been kind of experimenting with mixing protein powder with certain foods. I like it in oatmeal and yogurt (even chocolate). I was wondering if anyone has any experience with other food they like to mix protein powder with. I was thinking peanut butter and cottage cheese. The reason I am so intrigued by this is because I don't have the budget nor the time to cook as much chicken as I have been so I was thinking about replacing my chicken, spinach and protein bar meal with a protein packed peanut butter sandwich and shake. I know that whey is not my best option but right now it is the most reasonable.

Yeh, i do it all the time!
Cottage cheese Penut butter and choc protien is a good combo: dont forget to add stevia.

Try whipping 2 eggs, 1.5 scoops of protein powder, 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 table spoon of pure coco and 1 tblspoon of penut butter
Then making scrambled eggs with the mixture

    It tastes gooooood.

    Yeh, werd up....Doc said..haha

It doesnt work with everything. But it can work with a lot. You just have to experiment and find the right recipes. I find adding pure coco (no added sugar) helps tremendously flavor wise though.

This one is awsome too for a low calorie snack

    Hi Protein Sugar free jelly
Mix up some sugar free jelly and ad the hot water and what not.
But before you add cold water, put the directed amount (of cold water) in a protein shaker, add one or two scoops of protein and shake until there is no lumps or powder left.
Add it too the jelly mixture.
Leave in the fridge to set. You get like a choc berry flavored jelly or whatever flavors you choose to combine.

Don't mix the hot then cold water then the add the protein last and try stir it. For some reason it doesn't work and the protein wont dissolve and it tastes like ass. The protein has to be mixed with the cold water in in the shaker.

OP - there are a BAZILLION recipes online that people use nowadays utilizing whey protein. Its ridiculously versatile.

Not endorsing the stuff, just giving you options.

Gave up protein powder a LONG TIME ago and never felt better.

I do the same with my oatmeal and Greek yogurt! My fav treat is Greek yogurt w/ a scoop of van protein, splenda, and sfree maple syrup drizzled on top. I also like to make sugar free pudding with protein powder and s/free almond milk. SOOO GOOD!!
