    Check my macros?

Basically I have been doing a alternating diet of high carbs/low fats on workout days and high fat low carbs on rest days and kind of want to know if I'm doing it right.

A typical rest day for me is 50f/30p/20c

A typical workout day and is about 40p/40c/20f

What are your totals for both days?

Eating slightly over maint (2200) on rest days. Equals out to about 2400-2500

Eating anywhere from 2800-3200 on workout days

I am pretty much always trying to get bigger

Are you referring to your maintenance as your bmr or TDEE?

Yea that makes more sense..so I would just eat above that. Maybe do a 40p/40c/20f on lift days then just switch the carbs and protein on rest days

protein should stay the same, usually you decrease carbs and increase fas on non working days.

Yea that's what I was aiming for. I've always eaten clean and counted calories but never changed them from workout days n off days
