    have trouble eating enough....help


    i have trouble eating enough,im never hungry. im still makeing good gains,but i know if i could get more food down id get better gains. ive put meals in the blender add some milk and down it. I went with EQ this cycle and thats helped a lil,ghrp-6 has helped also. is there any thing out there that would help with this problem. i dont 420 so thats out....please help.

    A good way to increase your caloric intake which has worked for me is to have small meals throughout the day at times where you would like to have larger meals. Slowly build on it from there so for example you have breakfast at 7 am and would like to eat again at 9 but you aren't hungry force at least a little something (almonds, fruit, yogurt, etc.) at 9 and then slowly build up to a full meal. Your body will then begin to increase its substrate metabolism after each meal and as a result will need more food, more frequently.

    do little cardio and switch to low carb high fat diet.
    Fat has more calories per gram than carbs.

    I used to struggle with the same problem. I increased my calories by eating smaller meals more frequently. It really helps a lot. Just graze as they call it. Eventually your body will kick into high gear and you will be able to eat larger portions again. Start off small and work your way up.

    Before heading towards more drugs and supplements I would suggest more activity. If your life allows it go for walks throughout the day.

    More blood flow = more nutrients flowing thru ur body

    I like it because I get fresh air and get to clear my head. In the winter I jump rope instead.
