    IF and Lean Gains


    I heard about IF and Lean Gains just this week. Was curious to what they are, benefits, how to do it ect. I google it but found a lot of diff info.

    Im on my 4th week of halo while following IF recomping very well and my squat is up 50 lbs

    Very cool. I've been wanting to try this diet but I'm thinking I'll wait until after my current cycle

    Not a bad idea if u are currently on cycle because you do have to play with the nutrition a little bit it took me 1 or 2 weeks to make it work for me making meal plans etc. Once i had it all lined out is when i began my cycle

    Exactly, I want to have it all down rather than be tweaking it mid cycle, thanks for the tips I really like the science behind this diet.
