I'm coming off a cutt rite now and was wondering a few things,

1.I'm going to be calorie zigzaging.Should I do carb zigzag aswell?Every post says I should carb zigzag aswell to improve glucose management.

2.I know I can't go on a under 30g carb diet cause I feel like a zombie.
Even in ketosis(was in for about 3 weeks),its just not the right approach for me. .5 g carbs per lb sound like a good low carb day?

3.If I end up just calorie zigzaging and keep my carbs up are GDA's going to save me as an endo-meso?
