Critique my diet plan etc.

    Critique my diet plan etc.


    I've been using leangains for the past week, this is my basic diet outline.


    10AM-ish Training
    1PM Large meal - Chicken, sweet potato and green veggies
    3PM Snack - Protein shake + rice cakes with cottage cheese
    5PM Protein shake
    7PM Small meal - Chicken/Salmon/Lean beef with veggies
    9PM Small snack - 2 tbsp PB + rice cakes with cottage cheese

    I'm also taking BCAAs, Creatine, Multivits + Fishoils

    Is there anything I can change or should be including/excluding?
    Any help would be great....

    Is this kinda like Lean gains? Because if so...Concentrate 50-60% of your calories and Macro Nutrients in the first meal , and cut the snacking , 3 big meals , one 50-60% , second one 20-25% and last one 20-25% too...I would recommend that , personally , but then again everyone has their own methods, what should be true for many IFers is that the first meal should be the biggest one.

    Yeah I stated 'large meal' I should really have made that clearer, it is around 50-60% of my total daily intake, I cant do the 3 meals I really struggle to eat that way so I split it into snacks so its easier on my stomach, are the basic foods okay though?

    bcaa's before and after training (personal preference) maybe add some more fats depending on your goals
