intermittent Fasting and squeezing in proper timing
Im trying to try this intermittent fasting but the time clashes with my work schedule and work out time. Do anyone knows how to put this in the proper form so I can do it correctly. I'm going to post a sample shedule on how its suppost to be done and see if anyone is familier with helping me work this out with my daily schedule. Thanks any info will be appreciated.
Sample Single-Day Schedule (fasting)
8:00 AM Wake up, drink 500 mL (2 cups) water
9:00 AM Drink 1 L (4 cups) water with 1 serving greens+, 250 mL (1 cup) green tea
11:00 AM 250 mL (1 cup) green tea.
12:00 PM Workout session with 10 g BCAA during session
1:30 PM Eat first meal, largest of the day
4:30 PM Eat second meal, moderate sized meal
8:30 PM Eat third meal, moderate sized meal
This my daily schedule and the time above for a workout session and 12:00pm clashes with my time plus meals.
7:00am wake up
8am-5:30pm is my work shift
work out time is 6pm-8pm maybe longer depends on whats going on in the work out
eat at 9pm and in bed around 10pm.
During my workshift is where i get my protein intake in i usually eat at:
7am, 10am, 12pm, 3pm, 5:30pm and after workout at 9pm.
Now back to the fasting it has an 8 hour eating window and a 16 hour fasting. Just a tip on how things work. If you know any info please help! Thank you...........

Try 1 or 2 pre-workout meals:
Eating window from 1-9pm , fast the other 16 hours , now it could go like this:
7am: BCAA's/green tee
9am:BCAA'S/other sups
11am:BCAA'S
1pm: First preworkout meal (20-25% calories of the day)
3-4:30pm: second preworkout meal (again only 20-25% calories)
Workout 6-8
the postworkout meal with 50-60% of macros and calories in there BEFORE 9PM
And fast
! , you dont have to train fasted in IF , also a protein shake in the morning wouldnt be "breaking" the fast , but whatever works for you!! good luck!
On a side note: Fat burners with stims curb appetite for me greatly! But you could get away with green tea and coffee and get the same effect!!
