Recomp for summer

    How many Calories should this be? If I eat 4k to 4300 a day to bulk should recomp be at 3500-3700? And What about carbs, fat and protein on both workout days and non workout days?


  2. You need to first figure out what your maintenance level should be.

    Then you decrease 500 calories from that. It will all depend on the lean mass you currently have as well as activity level.

    actually thats more of a cut diet....recomp works better with maintenance cals or slightly higher...

  4. Sorry, that is indeed, I for some reason thought he was talking about losing weight.

    Recomp I would suggest some cycling, based on workout days and non workout days. Go +20 on workout days, -20 on non workout days / cardio days. Eat around the time you are working out.
