Help i hate eggs what else can i eat?

  1. Help i hate eggs what else can i eat?


    The title says it all. I'm trying to find something to fill the void


  2. Im allergic to em. So its a ton of protein shakes for me. And chicken. Spicy chicken with salsa helps.

    I'm not allergic to em I just can't eat them. I tried to man up and just down them but i cant.

  5. I only eat eggs on the weekend any dont know why just do. There r plenty of foods out the I eat all the normal stuff like chicken,fish,vegetables,red meat = good for test. Potatoes whole meal bread all fruit. Just the normal stuff really eggs aint the only good food. But not say all thats the best stuff its just what I eat and what ive read in mags hope this helps

    if you can stand the carbs. i eat 3 cans a day on workout days
    For me, the action IS the juice.

  7. Thanks for all the replies. I do eat lots of chilli but not out a can. I'm gonna look into that. It just sucks cause eggs are so convenient to boil and eat and I drive a truck so I'm always looking for the convenience

  8. I like eggs. That is sacrilegious to not like eggs. Eggs on toast....hard boiled....scrambled ...mixed with cheese and jimmy dean sausage crumbles .....with bacon....or in a bagel with cheese.....or in an English muffin with cheese....i can keep going all day....

  12. Drink pasteurized whites.. Cup of whites, scoop of protein or add some sugar free/fat free pudding to them.

  14. I love me some eggs....I eat them everyday. Everyone's pretty much summed it up, just find a protein replacement in the mornings. Preferablely something other than a shake because solid protein sources are always more beneficial than liquid.

    Where did he say he tried drinking them, in a shake? Sounds like his issue is eating them.

    If you can drink a regular shake, you can drink one with egg whites, period.

    And if you can't handle that, you might as well look for a different hobby, like quilting or something.

    thats what I do, I have no appetite in the morning when I wake....So I just throw down 50 grams of whey or egg protein. you gotta do what you gotta do to get the protein in, and that is that

    Up until about 2 years ago I could always wake right up and eat. I really don't know what happened but not anymore, I just don't have the appetite first thing in the morning now a days. I just have a shake and get woken up before I eat my eggs.

    I never used to be able to eat in the morning but I made my self I done this about a month start small and just increase portions now Im starving as soon as I wake up. And for the egg subject try eating cans of tuna. egg aren't the only good food. Shakes r good but food is better

    Look up recipes online for Tuna. Typically pretty cheap and it can taste alright if you find a good recipe for you.

  23. Can you do eggehites? Even if yu can't eat eggs yu still don't need many protein shakes.. Here's jus what I can come up with off the top of my head.. Chicken, turkey breast, ground turkey,lean beef (93/7), any kind of fish really my personal fav is talapia, peanut butter, almonds, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, steak. It's pretty effortless to reach required protein in a day.. It's the carbs that get mee. Theyre too filling

  24. Tons of things. Chicken Fish, Nuts, Turkey, Beef, Chickpeas, Greek Yogurt. Lots of options for protein
