This homemade low carb protein bar only involves 3 ingredients and is quick and easy to make. It comes out chewy and delicious! I recommend storing them in the freezer because they do tend to get mushy when left out too long. 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
2. Form mixture into a rectangualr protein bar shape on wax paper
3. Cover with another sheet of wax paper and stick in the fridge for about 2 hours
4. Take out and enjoy!
