slowing / halting the metabolic rate decrease

How would one go about slowing down the rate at which our metabolic rate decreases when we lose weight and also, how to prop it back up again once you re-work your BMR and RMR for daily needs?
Br, this is right up your alley brother lol

    Thanks,
    Chris

    depends on how your dieting.

over feeding is shown to increase t3 levels when using carbs and fats. or you can falsify a leptin increase by having a high dose leucine shake
