Carb Sensitive/Intolerance

  1. Carb Sensitive/Intolerance

    If you are carb sensitive should you still have simple carbohydrates post workout such ass white rice or Gatorade or should you switch to a more complex carb approach? And let's say the goal is to clean bulk or maintaine a low bodyfat.

I'm deff carb sensitive, post workout I get some from my shake, but I usually workout in the evening or afternoon, so I try to stay away from sugary carbs at that time because I feel like it's too close to bed for my but at the same time you need to replenish your storage, so with my post workout meal I get in carbs for green veggies or maybe a half a sweet potato, or organic beans... Hope that helps
