Easy making meals with high calories, Post here

I throw 3 table spoon of Peanut butter in a blender with 10oz of milk, blend it and drink it pre workout lol

I don't care about the taste, but that's around 700 to 900 calories

4k is a piece of cake with just normal meals for me considering I eat 7 times a day. 5k I would actually have to make an effort to up the proportions in every single meal to more than they should be, but 4k is a piece of cake without having to resort to anything dirty like well...cake.

    Lol on the ice cream.

But if you really want some easy cals here is what I do:

Coconut Oil + 2 Spoons of Peanut Butter + Almond Milk + Chocolate Flavor Protein Shake.

HEAVY on the good fats and protein. Usually around 900 calories and perfect for Keto / Anabolic Diet. If you wanna go big or go home and add some carbs, toss some Oatmeal in there or Fiber and blend it all.

    Yummy and loaded.

but seriously do you call something all liquid a meal? and unless you are getting some really weird milk or peanut butter thats closer to 400 calories than 700. 180 for the milk, 85 or so per tablespoon of pb.
