glyocen stores preworkout
Does it matter how many digested meals youve had before you hit weights? Are glcyogen stores more full after a number of meals with complex carbs or is one meal of complex carbs enough to fuel a heavy training sesh? This isn't a well covered topic so good thing I brought it up.

No, it doesn't really matter - although for the general population, strength is going to be better later in the day after several meals. Remember that what you eat today is not often your fuel until tomorrow - although what you eat in the morning can help in the evening. You can train first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and have enough energy for a heavy training session - just because you haven't eaten in the last few hours or just then doesn't mean that you are lacking energy stores.

Once glycogen is stored it does not leave the muscle, and so long as you are not exercising intensely, will be present for your workout assuming you eat enough carbohydrates in your diet.
What you eat in the few hours prior to training will contribute mostly to maintaining and providing blood sugar levels during the workout.

Further more, once your body replenishes all the glycogen that's needed, the rest will be wasted or stored as fat. Hence keeping a precise and tight diet.
